Cancellation Policy – Online Medical Consultation

We understand that schedules may change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking an online consultation.

Appointment Cancellation

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

• Late cancellations help us manage our doctors’ time and ensure availability for other patients.

Missed Appointments (No-Show)

• If you fail to attend the consultation without prior notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

• No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed after review and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the original payment method.

• Transaction or service fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

Doctor Availability

• In the rare event that a consultation is cancelled by our medical team due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled appointment, as per your preference.
